Michelle Lichtig – Elder Care Advocate
For the past twelve years Michelle has assisted older adults and their caregivers navigate health care and related issues. Michelle is a recognized professional in the area of home–based care services and her experience includes directing services for two Living At Home Block Nurse Programs in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. As an advocate Michelle:
- Supports families and their loved ones in care planning and decisions
- Serves as conservator, power of attorney and trustee
- Engages public policy makers regarding health care for older adults
- Works in communities to network services for older adults
